Beth Kabes is the Director of Blended and Distance Learning for the Educational Service Unit Coordinating Council. She has been part of NE’s BlendEd initiative since its inception. She has been involved in the initial training for the pilot of teachers interested in moving their practice to a blended and personalized environment. From that, she has observed all the teachers involved over the last four years. She will be available for questions from attendees: How do I start? How do I know this is making a difference? What are other Science teachers using for structures and strategies? Do I go “whole hog”? And any other questions you might have. As a wrap up, Beth will be share data and stories from the schools and teachers that she has visited.
